Hello, my name is Stephanie
I am a psychotherapist committed to offering a thoughtful, grounded space where people can feel genuinely heard and understood. Therapy, for me, is about creating the conditions for meaningful change through careful attention to your lived experience.
My Approach
My way of working is relational and reflective. I am interested in what has shaped you, how you have learned to cope, and what may be keeping you in patterns that once helped you survive but no longer allow you to thrive. Together, we can explore these patterns with curiosity and care, strengthening your capacity to move from simply getting through life to living it with greater clarity, agency, and vitality.
My Experience
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as a teacher and later as a business owner. These roles gave me first-hand insight into the pressures of responsibility and the resilience required to navigate change and uncertainty. They continue to shape my appreciation of the many roles we inhabit throughout our lives, and the challenges and growth that often accompany transition.
As a psychotherapist. I value the process of slowing down, thinking together, and allowing new understanding to emerge over time. I have experience working in a forensic therapeutic setting, supporting people with complex histories and trauma.
